I run this site to discuss software development and to publish software I’ve written. I do not collect any personal information on visitors and, while you can sign up on the site to be notified of new content, I don’t do anything with the contact information. I do not sell it or share it with anyone.

Please understand, however, that as a resident/citizen of the United States, in California, I am bound by state and federal laws which could compel me to share information. To the extent I am allowed to I will notify you, if you have signed up to receive content updates, about such requests. But requests may come with gag orders which would prevent me from doing so.
